"Our client is a Leading Travel corporation with a strong presence in a variety of locations in the Middle East. They have an excellent reputation and are world renowned with an exciting and dynamic growth plan for 2012. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to be based in either Dubai, Riyadh or Doha. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Preparation of budget, business plan, strategy, setting goals & objectives in coordination with HQ. • Manages P&L of the country, monitors all business lines productivity. • Identify avenues to earn additional revenue through various opportunities. • Developing and maintaining relationship with airlines, hotels, clients, service providers, ensures 100% service delivery. • Ensures collection is done on time and accounts receivable is always at allowed limits. • Manages employees expectations, ensure proper administrative controls are in place. • Representing the company. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • 10-15 years of overall experience, Minimum of 5 years of experience at management level preferably in the Travel industry. • Bachelors, preferably MBA. • Dynamic personality, Cost conscious, trust worthy, team player, go-getter, visionary leader, good in numbers, understand P&L requirements, excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, having Arabic knowledge will be added advantage.
