It is a 6 months extendable contract position and client is looking for someone who have good experience on Nokia equipments. Please find below the job description: 1X2G RAN 1X3G RAN O&M The experts should give support and OJT (On The Job Training) to customer operation team for below scope of work. The scope of work as follows; Network Operations Support O&M engineering support can include support for the following functions: · Advanced trouble management. · Configuration management. · Performance Management Advanced trouble management covers clients personnel providing technical expertise support for activities escalated from customer Turkey network operations teams. Configuration management covers basic network expansion and reconfiguration activities. Client supports changes to logical configurations, such as parameter settings, data base checking, interface parameter set. Performance management covers basic performance management activities only as data collection and generating basic quality reports. SOW-Scope of Work 2G&3G experts can give support for below operation activities. • Fault Management activities: – Monitoring of services and network elements – Alarm correlation and suppression – Execution of basic recovery actions – Definition of corrective actions for the trouble – Trouble ticket assignment and escalation to advanced level – FLM (First level) and SLM (second level) fault analysis and troubleshooting – Trouble statistics reporting and analysis • Configuration Management activities cover: – Receipt and approval of work orders – Definition of work order execution windows – Define work order dependencies – Assignment of work orders to field maintenance, security operations and infrastructure management – Track and Management of work order execution – Scheduling and management implementation of network configuration changes – Maintain network configuration – Executing configuration and provisioning of system and feature parameters and creating OSS views – Support of network optimization by provisioning of parameter changes – Logical provisioning of additional capacity and functionality (Network • Performance Management activities cover: – Collection of service quality and network performance data from OSS – Generating basic quality, performance and traffic statistics and reports covering following technological domain: · Flexi BSCs · Flexi RNCs If interested please send me your cv at jigyasa.kumar@netc-intl.com Thanks & Regards Jigyasa Kumar Tel: - +91 9760022914 , +91 9760012914 Email: - Jigyasa.kumar@netc-intl.com Skype Id : - netconsulting25 Web: - www.netc-intl.com"
