Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Business Analyst - Monroe, WI Geeta Bichal posted a job: Business Analyst - Monroe, WI "Berean Group Seeking a Business Analyst Location: Monroe, WI Job type: Permanent Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only Specific Responsibilities: • Interprets customer business needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. • Elicits business requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. • Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources: o Reconciles conflicts. o Decomposes high-level information into details. o Abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding. o Distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs. • Communicates and collaborates proactively with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: o Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document) o Use Cases o GUI or CICS Screen Design o Interface Designs o Test Plans • Engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Works independently and with project managers to define concepts with users. • Drives and challenges business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. • Develops requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. • Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. • Liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. • Maintains good housekeeping of work area. • Performs any duties as assigned by the Director of Systems and Programming. • Performs all assigned tasks in a safe manner according to company policy.
