Newly created position with excellent career progression opportunities. - Works with internal business customers to scope out Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects or deployments - Works with internal business customers to define ECM requirements for use by solution delivery resources - Works with the ECM architect and internal solution delivery resources to review progress and ensure communication back to the business - Communicate ECM capabilities and opportunities out to internal business customers - Ensures alignment of ECM program methodologies with our company's standard program management methodologies - Ensures alignment of ECM activities with other programs and projects in the IT portfolio - Manages day-to-day activities of selected assigned projects (including task execution, issue resolution, development of deliverables and supporting documentation, and risk planning/mitigation) - Communicates status and change management opportunities - Develops ECM applications - Builds reusable ECM solution packages on core company ECM technologies - Prepare support documentation and training materials for ECM end users REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university - Minimum 5 years' experience in designing, developing and managing business processes, data structures and systems - Ability to travel to internationally Attributes - Experienced Business Analyst with superb listening skills, people/relationship management, and problem-solving skills - SharePoint experience (ideally a site administrator or architect) - Technical experience, but does not need to be a developer. Understands concepts of ECM, DBs, Web, User Interface. - Detail oriented, for requirements gathering and project management Considered a Plus - A relevant advanced degree or certification in Microsoft SharePoint - Intermediate to advanced MS SharePoint Collaboration knowledge and skills - Intermediate to advanced data analysis knowledge and skills - Experience building Scorecards and Dashboards Competitive compensation including full relocation available. http://bull.hn/l/XQ5C/4"
