"JOB DESCRIPTION As the Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for making initial contact with new companies by telephone, follow up with suspect companies to develop and help grow relationships and to set appointments for/pass leads on to sales representatives, and maintaining the suspect/prospect database. With success in this role you will have the potential to advance to Sales, Marketing or Customer Relationship Management roles with the potential to earn above six figures annually. COMPENSATION You will enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes salary commensurate with your experience and qualifications, plus incentives providing for income potential of $35K at the low end, and $50K+ at the high end. QUALIFICATIONS Our ideal candidate will have previous inside sales, lead generation or outbound telemarketing experience with proven success in cold calling, establishing and building relationships; be self-motivated, display a strong, independent work ethic, and be computer proficient. Preference will be given to those with experience using contact management software, online search tools and social media expertise.
