Offering corporate and personal clients a wide variety of services and products, they are a true international leader in this field with an excellent reputation We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Manager join their expanding team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to: Chief Human Resources Officer KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develops and leads the Organizational Development function. Leads the thinking, develops the strategy and executes a program that enables the organization and its employees to excel in achieving the organization’s business strategies. • Partners with the management team and employees to identify organizational and employee development needs and works collaboratively to develop strategies and tactics designed to meet targeted needs; facilitates and/or delivers tailored programs responsive to this work. • Facilitates an array of professional development programs, including components of the management, leadership and customer service curriculum. • Leads the leadership talent development and leadership performance management processes. Aligns leadership development, performance management and other initiatives with identified short, mid- and long-term business strategies. • Provides one-on-one coaching to Senior Staff, Division Chiefs, managers and emerging leaders to support management effectiveness and leadership development. • Administers leadership evaluations; designs and presents leadership training; develops and manages ongoing systems to reinforce continuous development. • Identifies and addresses issues that effect the overall health of the organization, including morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity. • Serves as an internal performance management consultant. Provides analytical and professional advice in business process management, including the development and refinement of policies and procedures, rules and regulations to support the organization’s overall strategic direction. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Open to Saudi National male applicants • Must have at least 10 years experience in HR • At least 3 years experience specifically within OD – an expert in this area • Excellent English communication skills • Experience working with a large multinational company KEY SKILLS • Thorough knowledge of the theories, concepts and practices of organizational development. • Thorough knowledge of the methods and procedures used in developing and implementing organizational effectiveness and leadership development programs. • Thorough knowledge of change management practices. • Strong strategic thinking skills • Coaching skills • Facilitating skills. Ability to mediate resolutions to problems within and across department lines to improve organizational effectiveness. • Skill in dealing effectively with both individuals and groups of individuals at a full range of levels on a variety of work related issues and influencing them to change their behavior. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a diverse population.
