Employment Type:　 Long-term contract or Contract-to-hire Location: Beaverton, OR Duration: 12+ months Openings: 2 　 Vircon is currently seeking a QA Lead for our client based in Beaverton, OR. We’re not looking for just any QA Lead. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving successful projects while exceeding the expectations of all involved. 　 Responsibilities: Web content management Authoring comprehensive test plans and test scripts Testing enterprise applications in the mobile and web application area Technical and interpersonal leadership within the group environment You will participate in planning and strategy sessions You will help drive and implement a series of test automation suites that provide platform services for this client, its affiliates and various third party web services.　 Your responsibilities will also embrace the implementation of software testing tools/methods that focus on application functionality test and continuing improvement in the accuracy and predictive value of performance. 　 Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area 7 years of professional experience in IT or business 2 years of additional relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree 5 years hands-on experience testing enterprise applications in the mobile and web application area 3 years of experience in a technical leadership / supervisory role Experience authoring comprehensive test plans and test scripts Experience testing or developing within any of the following technologies is preferred: Java, JSP, JHTML, Oracle, Solaris, Flash, Selenium Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams Lean experience with applied principles and methods preferred. 　 Please send resumes to khanacek@vircon.com http://bull.hn/l/WHV0/3"
