DESCRIPTION: The Business Analyst is responsible for collecting data and business requirements related to business processes, and Business Process Management (BPM) systems from clients and business partners and communicating those to software developers and data migration/integration specialists. Documentation and communication skills are paramount as is recent experience in working in an Agile development environment. Participation in a team environment is heavily relied upon, as is the ability to work independently. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or BCIS * Minimum 2 years of business systems analysis experience. * Minimum 3+ years of professional experience of which most is technically oriented. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Excellent presentation skills. * Must be able to communicate analytical and process information to non-analytical staff * Documentation of business and data requirements * Attention to Detail * Excellent communication (Written and spoken) * Customer service, and relationship building * Problem solving skills * Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/clients, time and resources and prioritize all tasks efficiently. * Experience with project management * Familiar with multiple development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc…) DESIRED SKILLS: * Previous experience in a technical role such as development or QA role * Experienced in use of Jira/Greenhopper * Regulatory / Risk experience in Financial Services or Insurance industries -------------- Regards, --SRINI Ph.
