Project Manager -219 in Las Piedras, PR Project Manager -Las Piedras ,PR 219 Contract position-24 months Send resumes to: bciociola@covexllc.com Job Description/Major Responsibilities: The Project Manager will lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver aggressive plans and in attainment of Work plan goals. They will lead teams to deliver compliant and sustainable systems and identify and minimize project risk. Project Managers will drive team accountability for deliverables, develop and deliver team recommendations to senior management, create and meet all project milestones and financial commitments. They are expected to develop project schedules, cross-functional deliverables and detailed timelines, as well as identify and manage project priorities and cross-project dependencies. Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proven leadership with significant experience in demonstrating effective influence of senior management (Vice President and above). • Proven record of leading teams in delivering results. • Experience in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment. • Familiar with standard PM tools and templates. • Business and Financial Acumen. Education: • Bachelors degree in Physical Sciences, Business or a related discipline. Experience/Technical Competencies: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry. Job Knewledge/Skill sets: Desired or Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities: • Masters degree or MBA or other advanced degree. • Minimum of 3 years of project management, team leadership or functional line management experience in pharmaceutical industry. • PMP or a Project Management certification. • Process Excellence or Six Sigma training. • Demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams. • Prior Consent Decree and/or compliance related activities Travel: No travel is anticipated for this role. http://bull.hn/l/XNPX/6"
