Develop and Review project schedules, cross-functional deliverables and detailed timelines. They will lead teams to deliver compliant and sustainable systems and identify and minimize project risk. Responsibilities include assessment of existing systems, testing for load and energy consumption, perform mechanical calculations and develop requirements. Responsible for the optimization/validation of the equipment to include selection of size, configuration, voltage, options, etc. of the HVAC equipment by reviewing the plans, specifications, original estimate and proposals. Validates project scope by reviewing project documents, plans and specs; listing possible cost savings and problems; communicating with designers; and validating quantities and configurations. Work with the process owners, design firms, suppliers and construction companies to develop and implement sustainable solutions for the HVAC systems to include, and not limited to: equipment/systems assessments, equipment/system specifications, critical equipment/systems parameters/settings/ranges, operational ranges, remediation projects, new construction and qualifications in a Pharmaceutical facility. Also, maintains compliance by identifying quality requirements, disseminating standards, policies and procedures, conducting audits, recommending improvement plans. Experience in QA inspections and documentation auditing, recordkeeping, report compilation, cGMP systems audits in the pharmaceutical industry. On as needed basis will oversee formal investigation, planned deviation and corrective and preventive action process (CAPA). Other responsibilities includes: • Change, improve and create (where required) Standard Operating Procedures and maintenance plans to align with the applicable Quality Standard(s). In addition, work with cross site personnel (Fort Washington, Las Piedras, and Lancaster) to ensure procedures and programs are consistent from site to site. • Develop coherent, easy to follow procedures, work instructions and production documentation to align with the applicable standards. • Participate in process mapping exercises for applicable processes. • Collaborate with departmental personnel to understand procedures, gather information, analyze processes, address issues, resolve problems and implement changes. • Procure and complete documentation required for any changes/improvements per functional/departmental requirements, including but not limited to change controls, procedure updates, document changes, etc. • Work cross site to understand/make recommendation on network SOP’s, programs and systems.
