"Looking for a Technical Support Adviser in Cork, Ireland Adecco has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Adviser. The organisation on whose behalf we are working is a BPO offering contact solutions to customers of its growing base of two hundred clients. These clients range from local SMEs to Fortune 100 companies. Are you looking to develop your career in an expanding company? Our client is an indigenous company well established across multiple sites in Cork with over three hundred employees. The company operates on a philosophy of exceeding end-user experience expectations. Job Description: You will provide telephone, IM and e-mail support based on an inbound ticketing system. You will be the sole contact with the customer and the onus is on you to manage the process to a successful resolution. You will consult with the technical group and escalation team on more complex technical issues while managing the relationship with the customer and updating them on critical issues. As well as being supported by the escalation and technical teams, you will have access to the online help centre. There is a focus on empowering customers to solve their own technical problems by promoting the help centre and educating customers on how to use it. Key Requirements: English and German fluency. Experience working on a ticket. Strong focus on customer experience. Troubleshooting experience and profiling techniques. Experience in using Internet-based applications. Proficiency in Flash & XML. Experience working in publishing or Internet ad serving. Core skill in at least one of the following: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, ActionScript.
