Job Developers Wanted in Canada and USA "JOB DESCRIPTION BDM is looking to connect with entrepreneurial, independent minded individuals who might wish to partner on a full-time, part-time or sideline basis as Job Developers. The individuals will be working from home in an independent contractor/consulting capacity and the work will primarily involve assisting our CFM, Career Finder Marketing Service Members http://thinkbdm.com/Premium_JS_Services.html to obtain interviews with prospective employers. Please note that this has nothing to do with network or multi-level marketing and Job Developers are not required to pay any fees, make any investment, purchase products, training materials, courses, services or equipment [a computer with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), reliable Internet access will be needed]. Job Developers source job opportunities and help job seeker-clients to obtain interviews, they are not sales people. CFM is free to employers http://thinkbdm.com/Free_Solutions.html so no selling is required however, because of the number of inquires we get at times, and because we offer a no cost, no obligation initial consultation, preference is to individuals who will be comfortable in explaining the services and providing initial consultations to new interested Job Seekers; these are people who come to us directly so we don't need help sourcing them. COMPENSATION The results based compensation structure provides for income of $48K+ while working from home, setting your own schedule and doing very satisfying work that ultimately helps job seekers to connect with employers and benefits both parties, yourself and BDM. QUALIFICATIONS While related experience is strongly preferred, full training will be provided to serious committed individuals who posses the prerequisite skills and attitude which include but are not limited to: A diploma or degree and 2 or more years of full-time work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a true desire to help clients to achieve their goals; • Solid research skills and abilities in using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications; • Confidence in speaking with both job seekers and business professionals including recruiters, managers, executives and owners at all levels; • Disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision; • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
