The future incumbent will lead the development of corrective maintenance processes, preventive maintenance systems, and repair process improvements. Will collaborate with production and staff personnel in investigating, analyzing, and planning action for correction of production problems that involve engineering considerations and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on major engineering problems. Highly talented candidates must have experience in industrial controls, PLC’s, HMI’s, equipment, and tool and die operations and maintenance. Prefer candidates with a strong background in process improvement including set up time reduction, downtime analysis and prevention, and quality and safety enhancements to equipment. Prefer experience in capital equipment project management including equipment specification, acquisition, qualification, and installation. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates will have a 4year degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical degree with eight to ten years of experience with at least 5 years in management. Must have demonstrated project management and analytical problem solving skills and possess excellent interpersonal skills."
