Senior Tax Manager International Bank in New York, NY Our client is looking for a Senior Tax Manager for their international bank   Postions reports to: Managing Director and a relocation package is available   Responsibilities:   Provide state and local income tax consulting and transactional support for bank in the US. Develop and implement state income tax planning strategies Ensure tax compliance Manage state and local income tax dispute resolution. Develop state and local income tax planning strategies f Advise on state income tax or other state tax implications of Capital Markets and Wealth Management products  Help manage state and local tax dispute resolution (audit) activity. Work with tax and finance personnel to ensure proper booking of state income tax expense and appropriate reflection of risks in various RBC legal entity financial statements. Collaborate with tax personnel to effect global tax strategies, minimize both US and non-US tax risks and ensure consistency across the enterprise when appropriate. Monitor state tax legislative and regulatory developments.   Qualifications:   J.D. and/or CPA Public accounting and/or law firm background. Corporate experience also a plus. Minimum 7-17 years experience dealing with multistate tax issues preferably in financial services.  Proven experience leading & managing complex projects, meeting tight concurrent deadlines, and working in a challenging, progressive and fast paced environment.
