These individuals must have strong collaboration and influencing skills. They will serve as a member of the FW Plant Quality Compliance Team as a technical quality resource for the purpose of review of responses to audit findings and implementation of effective solutions. Partners with other key departments to review, write and contribute to the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, Plans and other documents as necessary to address audit findings. Education: • Bachelor's degree is required in engineering or sciences. 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Quality Assurance or Compliance role. Experience/Technical Competencies: • Prior work experience in a consent decree environment • Strong written documentaton practices and verbal skills • Operates with minimal guidance from supervisor. • Must have a good understanding of Quality Systems • Free to set priorities to achieve goals and objectives. • Strong ability to influence, negoatiate and drive results • Ability to operate in a cross functional team role • Experience in preparing responses to internal and regulatory audits • Ability to influence peers and executive leaders Travel: There is no travel anticipated in this role Contract Length: 6 months http://bull.hn/l/11M5M/4"
