"Cloud Partner / Channel Sales Manager £80,000 - £110,000 OTE + corporate benefits London, South East, SE UK Opportunity for highly experienced Cloud, Hosting and Data Centre Business Development Channel Manager to join a leading International Service Provider to take ownership of identifying and recruiting new partners & alliances, developing relationships and achieving sales growth. You will take ownership of strategic channel management, partner program development, alliance engagement and deal / bid support, through providing product and sales collateral, training, pricing and order management. The main objective of the role holder is to drive sales and create new channels to market for Cloud, Hosting and Datacentre products and solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading International Telecommunications Operator who offers a compelling mix of Global Communications and Networked IT and Managed Services to major corporate companies. This includes a product and service portfolio comprising of seamless converged network, internet & IT solutions such as; MPLS, Ethernet, VPN, VoIP, Video Conferencing, Hosting, Cloud Computing & Managed Services etc. This Alliance / Partner / Channel Manager role is a permanent opportunity offering an OTE package of circa £80,000 - £110,000 with a 70/30% split between base and commission + excellent corporate benefits. Securing the formation of strategic alliances, the channel sales manager will maximise the company's profitability, utilising their ability to target Partner or reseller prospects promoting the benefits and support given by the organisation. Owning full sales cycle including, identification, acquisition, recruitment, NDA, HOA, commercial agreements, sales targets, delivery, partner commission, support, reviewing performance, relationship management & revenue/margin targets. Specific responsibilities and objectives: * Channel sales through channel partners and alliances * Manage partner mix & community in assigned geography and discipline * Develop executive level relationships to maintain insight into their business * Support the evolution of programs and delivery of channel programs * Develop Alliance relationship, engagement model and joint selling activities * On-Board partners; Set up registration, training on products, process, tools * Provide deal support for lead opportunities * Profitability analysis, develop sales acceleration programs The ideal candidate will possess specific experience in channel management and setting up third party partner, affiliate or reseller agreements to sell managed services, cloud computing, hosting, data center, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Co-location services. Candidates should have good all-round project management, financial analysis, project financing and communication skills. Candidates must be able to present effectively and have deep understanding of channel and sales cycles.
