The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in handling recruitment activities. The detailed job description is given below. Designation: Executive – Recruitment Reporting to: AVP Recruitment Location: Mumbai Remuneration: 1.7 – 3.0 Lacs (Saturday/Sunday off) Role • Screen short listed candidates through extempore and conduct the final personal interview rounds. • Making offer letters and explaining the same to them. • Inform training manager and AVP - Recruitment of the total number of new joiners. • Coordinate with external agencies for interview scheduling for the entry-level positions, updating agencies on commercial terms and conditions; give them feedback on candidates. • Coordinate with ad agencies for any changes in the ads. • Coordinate with finance & follow up on settlements of payments to external agencies. • Maintain report on - weekly number of walk-ins, number of offer letters made, no of employees joined in that week, month. • Supervise the temporary staff assisting in recruitment. • Adherence to information security policy.
