Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Celltick is seeking for experienced Account Manager (CEE Moscow) Yael Yogev Benjamin posted a job: Celltick is seeking for experienced Account Manager (CEE Moscow) "Celltick is seeking for experienced Account Manager (CEE Moscow) General Description: The Account manager will be responsible for managing all Celltick activities & new initiatives in his/her account (Mobile Operators), generating a qualified customer pipeline and meeting the defined sales targets for the account.Preferable experience: in marketing/product department in Mobile Operators, sales / product department in content providers Job Description (Major tasks): •Conducting VAS projects in Mobile Operator networks using Celltick solutions. •Monitor, maintain and increase VAS service usage and revenue. •Maximize Operator satisfaction while keeping Celltick’s interests primal. •Ensure Operator satisfaction with service and outcomes. •Navigate inside Operator organization in order to facilitate and implement the proposed projects and suggested or required plans. •Coordinate between all parties including customers, Celltick and third parties •Ongoing customer management including contract issues, revenue assurance, booking management and collection, project coordination, commercial proposals, presentations, participation in RFQ/RFI processes •Promoting Celltick’s marketing and service initiatives among customers. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have: •More than five years, hands-on experience in account/product management in the cellular industry. •Experience working with: mobile operators, content providers, equipment vendors, handset and SIM manufactures. •A network of contacts within the industry and proven managerial skills. •Proven experience in multi-national companies. •A background in Business development and customer facing roles. •Understand Operator requirements and limitations. •Experience in service or project management for large operators. •Skills regarding managing multiple projects /customers at the same time. •Vast experience and knowledge of the cellular industry. •Familiarity with media, mobile content and the commerce arena. •Fluency in Russian and English – is a must. •High cross-cultural and inter-personal communications.
