In addition, we also maintain a comprehensive network of strategically located branch offices throughout the United States. We have local branch offices in California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. In addition, we are also licensed in several other states. Our projected growth for FY 2013 is 70% and is largely dependent upon high impact hiring. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the enterprise-wide talent identification and sourcing functions through collaboration with the extended leadership team. The Director of Talent Acquisition will serve as a member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the President. This position will be very personally rewarding by identifying the value you are delivering to our growth! Scope of Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a strategic staffing plan aligned with organizations business & growth plans of 70%. • Define and develop innovative strategic recruitment methods, including the use of non-traditional sourcing channels • Develop and implement best practices that encompass: cultural and competency assessment, brand development, talent identification, on-boarding, and the identification and implementation of sourcing and applicant tracking systems. • Engage employees in the talent acquisition process to leverage extended networks and drive employee referral programs • Partner with internal resources to integrate the talent acquisition and employment brand efforts, to include social recruiting, career sites, and other externally facing channels Candidate Requirements: Candidates selected to interview for the position will meet the following minimum requirements for consideration: • 8-10+ years business experience with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition • Successfully implemented and managed the functions outlined in the afore mentioned Scope of Responsibilities • Prior experience within a financial/professional services environment desirable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaboration skills • Ability to manage through influence and persuasiveness • A natural bias for action and sense of urgency • Develop and communicate the culture and value proposition to build a strong presence in the local marketplace To apply please email your resume to Gina Bell gmbell7@gmail.com"
