"Human Resources Director Union National Mortgage is a full-service mortgage banking company with corporate headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio. In addition, we also maintain a comprehensive network of strategically located branch offices throughout the United States. We have local branch offices in California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. In addition, we are also licensed in several other states. Our projected growth for FY 2013 is 70% and is largely dependent upon high impact hiring. This role will provide human resource support in Strongsville, OH and will execute on HR initiatives for all branches. The HR Director will need to provide consultative support to the Branch Leaders and their Leadership Teams, and work closely with all HR partners to ensure an integrated customer experience in delivering HR services. The HR Director will also serve as a team leader to a team of Regional HR Managers. Primary Responsibilities • Oversee strategy and execution of on-site support to front and mid-level leaders across multiple business units to build management capability. • Support core people management processes for front-line and mid-level leaders in their site (e.g. succession planning, compensation cycles, etc.). • Monitor and support associates’ experience and engagement in the region through career development events, exit interview analysis, and other activities. • Sponsor and lead regional projects, including executive visit preparations, external relationship building within the community and other local initiatives. • Through workforce analysis, identify local trends, issues and opportunities. • Provide monthly reporting to a variety of constituents on site-specific initiatives and activity and team status. • Understand regional workforce plans and work with site leaders to proactively manage any site initiatives associated with those plans. • Work effectively with various HR partners to coordinate and integrate support for the business. • Lead team of Regional HR Managers, including responsibility for performance management processes for staff, coaching and staff development. • Assist VP, Regional HR with resource allocation decisions, project tracking, and capacity planning efforts for team. • Collaborate with other Regional HR Directors to execute on major projects, share best practices and coordinate team efforts. Qualifications Education and Experience • Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred • 10+ years HR experience in large, complex business environments Skills and Knowledge • Strong sense of organizational awareness and ability to navigate complex and highly matrixed environments • Able to build consensus and create collaborative relationships • Excellent communication skills • Project management and organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Strong project management, capacity planning and strategy skills • Superior relationship management and influencing/negotiating skills • Creative problem solver with high level of initiative and sense of personal accountability • Ability to quickly establish credibility with business leaders • Demonstrated strong management, leadership, coaching expertise • Broad knowledge of Union National Mortgage Resumes to Gina Bell gmbell7@gmail.com"
