"1.Monitor, measure and report on staff performance at customer site or for the managed projects. 2. Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development 3. Monitor training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales 4. Manage and develop direct reporting staff 5. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets 6. Works closely with the Account Manager and Delivery manager to provide insight of accounts progress and managing delivery issues 7. Builds strong client relations and meet client manager expectation 8. Should have technical background – Understanding/exposure to Web and Legacy technologies, Testing and project management 9. Develops strategic selling plans for all opportunities along with account manager 10. Prepares quotes and tenders in conjunction with the technical sales and/or domain champions 11. Controls and approves monthly invoicing 12. Generates forecasting reports for accounts"
