When it comes to Public Entities, our objective is to be the name mentioned when people ask for the best. www.hdsegur.com HD Segur Insurance 156 Knotter Drive Cheshire, CT 06410 Phone- 203-699-4500 Fax- 203-271-7081 Job description: • Obtain College credit with approval from acadmic department • Develop and implement marketing strategies as well as sales campaigns • Help maintain and expand social media presence • Create and implement advertising ideas • Suggest marketing content for website • Develop sales skills by speaking with prospective clients • Create email newsletters for clients and prospective clients • Gain hands on experience of the insurance industry through quoting policies. • Research and identify prospects that will meet the agencies client profile • Support sales efforts by adhering to department operations and providing timely and accurate prospect data in order to track and moniter for management reporting and sales forecasting • Create marketing materials to grow client base • Lead generation through cold calling, interal references and development of professional relationships • Potential for full time employment at end of internship Qualifications: • Junior or senior standing • Interested in Sales and the insurance industry • Must be a self starter with the ability to create and develop relationships • Posess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrate sales aptitude • Strategic reasoning • High energy • Goal orientated • Results driven Compensation: College credit (if approved by academic department) and $15 per hour send resumes to mnh@hdsegur.com"
