Job Responsibilities: Must have 0 - 1 years of experience as an US IT Recruitment executive. Candidates from Technical background would also be eligible. Required excellent communications Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to source profiles through Job Portals, Social Media and Personal network Should be able to handle work pressure Ability to maintain and build candidate database and pipeline Position requires understanding and prioritizing job descriptions, screening profiles, scheduling/ coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and other post interview processes. Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates. Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns Should be focused on achieving results and not only working very hard, i.e. should be smart and hard worker. Only hard worker is not good. Utilize all internal recruiting technology systems in order to track all candidate activity Should be good in MS office software Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time. Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements. Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation & team management skills. Personal skill sets: Individuals must be able to work in a team environment. Individuals must be able to communicate well with the team.
