Control correspondences with customers and vendors (shipping/receiving, distribution of incoming mail, receiving customer requests/concerns, etc.). Supervisor of warehouse activities. Ensure office supply inventories are maintained (paper, printer toner, binders, folders, pens, water, snacks, etc.). Monitor clerical and administrative functions (visitor control, answering phones, message taking, mailing and distribution, managing the aesthetics of the office, maintaining office machines, etc.). Research pricing/quotes for services and equipment as required. Coordinate needed actions with building maintenance. Staff supervision and management, supervising housekeeping and other office maintenance activities Petty cash management Perform other duties as required. Sales collections mainly in cash Coordination with banks, payment follow ups with customer & sales team Skills & Qualification, Experience: Graduate / Post graduate with 2-3 years exp in Sales/ Account management/ Office operations Good communication skills in English, email writing skills, V.
