"Title: IT Sales Executive Location: Dallas TX and Bangalore Exp. Level: 4-6 Years Engagement: Permanent Urgency: Immediate to 2 Weeks Roles and Responsibilities: • Develops and builds client relationships at the Company-level and proactively gains understanding of the client's business opportunity. • Leverages business knowledge to identify appropriate solutions and services that benefit the client. • Utilizes consultative selling methodologies to shape and influence the clients' strategic direction by evaluating objectives/requirements and developing strategy and client specific solutions that drive innovative change. • Leads the sales pursuit of a full range of services and solutions into targeted markets and proactively finds opportunities, Both Consulting and Projects • Leads the development of winning sales strategies including but not limited to pricing, competitive strategy, negotiations and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the account. • Perform all Acropetal’s activities for the pursuit team and facilitates the resources needed to close sales opportunities. • Develops a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities. • Collaborates across Acropetal’s functions and business units up to senior levels of management to define requirements and obtain necessary resource support to win targeted opportunities. • Identifies and targets new business opportunities to expand Acropetal’s presence at new and/or existing accounts. Qualification: • Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive sales experience in the Information Technology Outsourcing market or Federal IT markets in Federal Systems. • Experienced in selling to and developing Company-level client relationships. • Experienced in managing Third Party Advisor led opportunities. • Undergraduate college degree or equivalent experience. • Strong industry and technical skills required along with a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, competition, industry segment and suppliers in order to leverage the Acropetal’s value proposition or familiarity with the Federal procurement process. • Proven track record selling and winning new business and creating high value to the client through consultative/solution selling within assigned accounts/territory. • Should be a Self-Starter and Zeal to develop the Business Across the domain"
