JetEscapes is Jet Airways’ holidays product, which includes return air travel, airport / local transfers, hotel stay, sightseeing and other value ads.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Customer centric with an approach towards research and learning new developments in the field of travel and tourism.
- Willingness to take responsibility, meet timelines and deliver when under pressure.
- Manage JetEscapes for Overseas Countries including implementation and launching the product.
- Coordination with local office and provide support services to them.
- Respond and analyze feedback received and utilize the same for further enhancements.
- Strategize and implement measures to increase package sales.
- Monitor the functioning of JetEscapes Service Centre and analyze calls and reports.
- Ensure fulfillment of packages as per the agreed timeline and obtain feedback from the service centre on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with JetEscapes champions in India for issues faced, suggest measures to improve the product and increase sales.
- Coordinate Group queries with Jet Airways offices, Travel Agent(s) and the service provider.
- Coordinate series movements with Jet Airways offices, Travel Agent(s) and the service provider.
- Optimize processes to ensure maximum materialization of requests received through jetairways.com
- Suggest ways and means to create unique products and strategize marketing deliverable to promote the same.
- Manage, increase sales and support hotels on jetairways.com and jetlite.com
- Recommend on an ongoing basis packages to be promoted through various marketing channels within Jet Airways
- Perform periodic competitive analysis and mapping with various products in the market to ensure a strong product offering
