Job Description:
- Should have worked on some Ticketing /Call logging Tool,
- Should be able to explain, Incident, service request, SLA & priority /severities.
- Co-ordination with the customer’s client & follow-ups. Escalate to PM incase of any issues.
- Providing help to the Technical Support Engineers
- Escalate severity calls as per the defined escalation matrix
- Update users on call status at all times.
- Ensure regular back-ups as per back-up policy
- Restore data requested by user as per the back-up policy.
- Implement security on networks as per network policy
- Administer and monitor disk utilization and server disk space.
- Ensure regular update of antivirus DAT files
- Generate and submit all reports as per schedule.
- Attend Weekly Process concalls
- Ensure Process Ramp ups are done within the timeline specified.
- Leading monthly audit for all the process.
- Conducting technical/process training for internal team / Process team.
- Providing innovative solutions to clients for Customer delight.
- Ensure proper deliverables to the client as per defined SLA.
- Updating latest Escalation matrix of client / Vendor /Internal Team
Desired Profile:
- Good Communication (Fluent In English)
- Willing to work in shifts

Pay : 18,000 Per Month
