All interested parties: Please send all questions, and/or resumes with salary requirements to luke@samuelbranchps.com POSITION SUMMARY: Utilize SDLC methodology and provide the communications interface between Information Services and the business community developing new or changed application processes or systems. Investigate, identify, and document business application requirements and resulting solutions based on technology direction to either enhance existing applications or foster the development of new applications. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Lead in the identification and coordination of business needs for efforts requiring IS solutions. Lead in defining application project requirements and perform business application analysis. Coordinate business users and Information Services staff to develop and implement acceptance test plans to ensure that the application product meets customer requirements and expectations. Assist in development of business processes and identification of best practices to ensure the most effective and efficient processes and operations. Develop management reports, presentations, procedures, flowcharts, standard communication pieces and strategies for business plans. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Maintain regular written communication on progress status with IS Project Management and IS management. REQUIREMENTS: Business or Computer Science background 10 years of Medical Industry or Pharmacy business experience 6 years of application development in WEB, Data Warehouse, and Mid Frame environments 3 years Project management experience in Web based and AS/400 application environments 2 years supervisory experience in application systems analysis 3 years application systems analysis Proficient in MS Office product suite including MS-Project Strong problem solving and business analysis skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills"
