To do so, they need the best ITIL Consultant in Canberra with a proven track record in supporting end to end infrastructure and applications projects within a Defence environment. Specialising in IT Services, Consulting, Integration and Managed Services, our client is best of best. Duties and responsibilities include: • Continuous improvement to ensure ITIL aligned incident and problem processes are implemented • ITIL - change management compliance • Develop action plan relating to major incidents and propose solutions using the ITIL framework • Provide advice to minimize adverse impact on incident and problems on business operations and develop remediation strategies • Documentation and process reviews in accordance with ITIL framework To be considered for this exciting role you must have the following skills & experience: 1.5 years + experience working as an ITIL Consultant specialising in business continuity and change management 2.ITIL certification 3.Australian Citizenship – Current Federal Government clearance 4.Proven project management skills in system changes 5.Demonstrated effective management of resources during major incidents 6.Ability to work and communication at a high level (ie. senior management) 7.Impeccable communication and consulting experience Submit a confidential resume by emailing:resumes@nspirerecruitment.com.au Please note: only candidates that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
