"ob Description:- This highly motivated and confident individual will be a key contributor to Our Client’s market-facing growth initiatives and the firm’s interactions with outsourcing intermediaries and outsourcing advisors. The position will develop and maintain intermediary relationships for Our Client across Europe by supporting the development of and maintenance of effective programs and communications between Intermediary partners and advisors and Our Client European leadership. This individual will work across Our Client Europe to develop a strategy to continually enhance intermediary relationships by organizing calls, meetings, capability & vertical updates, conferences, visits, periodic status updates, and frequent ‘ad hoc’ requests for status and information. The role goes beyond relationship management by the individual staying involved in the identified strategic pursuits influenced by the intermediary advisor. In this capacity, the individual will play a vital supporting role within the broader pursuit team. Responsibilities include: · Provide contact for intermediaries for specified geography on matters related to leads, pipeline, and active engagements. · Identify and maintain intermediary influencers within the outsourcing industry (ITO, ADM, BPO) for specified geography. · Identifies and relates Intermediary status that is relevant to industry trends and transactions; and makes such information available broadly and within context to Our Client Verticals and executive team. · Leverages Our Client’s service offerings and capabilities with the intermediary community for lead generation. Maintain communication flow with Our Client Sales Directors and large deal team. · Responsible for aiding in market data collection, organization, correlation and reporting. · Adept at designing and deploying timely knowledge-based services for internal customers. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, project an appropriate degree of confidence and executive demeanor; produce high quality work; demonstrate high standards of ethical conduct and protect highly confidential information. He/She must be comfortable working in an environment which is influence-based and requires frequent interaction with executives at various levels, while still requiring considerable hands-on performance. Strong project management and planning skills are essential, as is efficiency in personal conduct and diligence in achieving commitments."
