Citizenship / Work Authorization: Must be US Citizen or Perm Resident Only JOB DESCRIPTION • The Product Manager will lead the technical product design process for new systems products for the client platform. • Currently, this system manages 1.5 billion daily ad queries connecting thousands of advertisers and publishers and there are constant requests for new tools to make the company more efficient and profitable. • The Product Manager will lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation, requirements definition, through to delivery collaborating with teams across the company and occasionally external partners communicating a clear set of business priorities and technical capabilities at all times to drive key trade-offs. • The product manager will be the liaison between business people and technical teams and must have a demonstrated history of aligning key stakeholders in a collaborative, collegial way with a style that will garner respect from all sides. • Above all, this person will know how to get things done in a timely and efficient way working with a wide range of people. Requirements • 3+ years experience in technical product development and design • Strong knowledge of pay-per-click advertising and search engine marketing • Strengths in both business analysis and requirements gathering and creating concise product specifications • Experience utilizing project management systems such as FogBugz • Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiating skills • A strong technical aptitude • At least a Bachelors degree from a good college, preferably in a technical discipline. Masters degree preferred.
