"Approach People Recruitment is recruiting for one of his clients, worldwide leader in the pharmaceutical industry, one Account Payable Team Member GERMAN NATIVE or perfectly fluent + English fluent Primary Accountabilities & Essential Functions: 1) Process Responsibility • Check invoice based on GR/Consumption • Settle invoices • Propose invoice for tax payment, bank fees, etc. (where no invoice is received) • Process invoice and perform 3-way match • Process other FI invoices (no PO required) • Process recurring invoice and down payment requests • Process invoices matching standing orders • Review information and analyze blocked invoices • Notify appropriate party of invoice matching discrepancy/ authorization required (workflow) • Post invoices if parked • Perform reconciliations (GR/IR) • Analyze and process T&E 2) Customer Service Responsibility • Maintain good working relationships within the respective process team and with other SSC teams where required • Support the AP process owner and AP team leader in achieving the process objectives • Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures • Strive for high levels of customer service • Foster positive relationships with external vendors Qualifications: • Experience relating to managing accounts payable activities including providing timely and accurate payment to vendors • Understanding of accounting tools and IT systems • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
