We are recruiting the following role at our Corporate HQ Mississauga location… Billing/Accounts Payable and Claims Coordinator This is a Part Time role over 3 days a week. As the ideal candidate, you will provide support to the Quality Assurance Department, in the processing of minor claims and ensuring the effective and accurate processing of all client and provider invoice and billing. You will also be responsible for data gathering and initiating responses and reports on the Company's customer feedback programs.   As the successful candidate you will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Experience processing insurance claims and the ability to run and prepare reports using Excel is required.  Strong analysis and dissemination of accurate and effective information is critical, as is your attention to the details. You will also have strong math/numerical abilities, excellent organizational, administrative and team work skills. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook  is required. (MS Access is desirable).  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is a given. Strong listening skills is a must. A college degree would be an asset. SAP knowledge (FI and CRM) is desirable but not essential and a background in AP/billing or invoicing would be advantageous.
