Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Project Coordinator - 6mths Contract - Immed Start (ACT) Anthony Daly posted a job: Project Coordinator - 6mths Contract - Immed Start (ACT) "•Monitor and report on project schedules, milestones and expenditure, and project issues and risks •Assist with project documentation, procurement and tender activities, including raising purchase orders and work orders •Liaise with stakeholders and ICT vendors on a range of project activities, as required •Draft and/or provide input into project reports, briefs, plans and discussion papers •Plan, manage and/or develop project communications, project templates and products descriptions To be considered for this newly created position, you will have the following skills/experience: 1.3+ years experience working in a ICT project coordinator role with demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks 2.Experience in ICT projects in particular liaising with vendors and internal technical areas within a Defence environment 3.Experience working in a project officer role with demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks 4.Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of accuracy and quality 5.Excellent organizational and time management skills 6.Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with management, colleagues, and a wide range of project stakeholders 7.Technical competencies in voice and data telecommunications (ie. PABX, VoIP, Call Distribution) 8.Proficient in using standard desktop software packages, including knowledge of Microsoft project software would be highly regarded 9.Australian Citizen.
