Sales Director Eastern Europe Based in either Serbia, Romania or Czech Republic  In charge of Sales in Eastern Europe except Poland with focus on Romania, Serbia and Czech Republic.  Excellent contacts and network with preferably C-level executives at key Telecom operators, Major System Integrators and other key players in the market.  Has proven experience in achieving or exceeding the assigned annual revenue target and increase market share.  Will report to the VP Sales EAST Europe Russia and CIS. Job description:  Developing, managing and implementing our client’s sales plans, revenues and budgets for the region according to business and work plans to achieve annual and quarterly sales objectives.  Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.  Successfully Recruit and Manage the channels and system integrator partners by aligning them to the appropriate Telecom operators and Enterprise customers in the region.  Build effective relationships with existing and prospective accounts and sell at all levels within the customers organization.  Identify, develop, manage and work closely with Business partners to develop sales strategy, tactics and positioning to achieve desired sales  Work in coordination and cooperation with Sales Engineer, the Company product management, customer support, field engineers, project managers and other Company resources in order to meet the objectives of the sales plans for the region.  Professionally represent the company directly with customers, partners, and affiliates Work Experience:  Previous experience in a senior Telecom equipment sales position and key member of a local team.  Proven management experience and success in a similar position within an organization of at least $5M in sales  Experience in selling Communication equipment to Service Providers and Enterprise through System Integrators, channels and/or OEMs.  Ability to engage on senior levels. Ability to address customers from the technology level and all the way up to the strategic & telecom trends level.  Have access to senior decision makers. Proven ability to identify the key decision makers in each opportunity.  Consistent over achievement of sales targets of at least $5M in the telecom market.  Experience in managing direct sales and management of a network of distributors/partners.  Minimum university education or equivalent, Electrical Engineer degree. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is an advantage.  VoIP experience is a must.  An advantage for candidates that worked for the following companies: Nortel, Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel, Ericsson, NSN, ACME, Sonus, etc. Other Requirements  Dynamic, self-starter with a hunger for sales and winning business. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.  Team player, working effectively in a multinational environment.  Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, customer requirement and market dynamics.  Full command of the English language.  Full command with MS software and CRM systems.
