Job Description:
Expertise in Citrix Xenapp 4.5 and 6.0 inlcude Datacollector,Metric server,XML,WI servers administration in Enterprise Organization with 500 + citrix server environment
Good knowledge of Windows 2003 and 2008
Good knowledge of AD
Expertise in Problem-solving abilities
Multi-tasking and In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting server and user related issues.
Scripting
Optional : Good if Appsense experienced
New Application deployments
On-call support.
Remedy ticketing
Tier3 Problem and Incident Management.
Understand Business Requirements and allocating servers based on load and capacity of the application.
