Our focus is singular so we provide unmatched expertise and proven best practices to solve each customer’s unique business problems. The Director of Online Marketing will lead a team of developers, project managers, graphic designers and other resources responsible for brand management; website change management; virtual event management; social media, and corporate iconography. They will help the marketing team achieve key metrics of performance and maintain high standards for the website “brand”. The Director of Online Marketing will need to be an expert in web marketing and social media strategy, and brand stewardship. They will also need to monitor the website change management process and team, as well as guide the planning for virtual events. Your Required Skills & Qualifications: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field You have at least 10+ years marketing experience including web development and 5+ years managing a corporate website in a B2B environment You have experience supporting and implementing long-term marketing strategies through interactive methods that align with core business goals and have increased sales, market presence and profitability You possess an innate understanding of technology and the ability to translate technical terms into ideas/priorities for other business groups You have a strong understanding of web usability and the expertise to create a high level of user experience/expectations for the website You have the ability to forge cross-functional business relationships You have experience developing social media strategy and execution You have experience using a content management system and the technical skills to assess and make recommendations for future tools You have experience with virtual event planning and execution (podcasts, webinars and online product launches) using Unisfair or inXpo You have experience managing a group of talented designers who have produced an effective web presence as part of a strategic plan You are a skilled project manager with the ability to scope a technical project, understand a team's talent, workload and availability, and direct execution for maximum project success You have experience with organic search and keywords for SEO You are an excellent problem solver, communicator, leader and team builder who inspires and drives business results You are an “out of the box” creative thinker with the ability to enhance the user experience to it’s fullest and most effective Why work for us?
