This is a great opportunity for growth and advancement for someone looking to leverage their engineering background and technology expertise.   Job Description: The R&D Technology Specialist must be a leader in integrating new technologies (measurements, data transfers, data /workflow management, design equipment requirements to manufacturing floor equipment) to replace older systems and methodologies to dramatically reduce lead time and speed up new product introductions. The position will require leading a small team of (5) designers to achieve goals and improve processes providing champion level vision and management within a fast paced manufacturing environment. Creativity in defining and leading product consolidation and process improvement in the re-engineering environment a must.   This position requires a hands on person with 5 years’ experience in a technology rich and fast paced manufacturing environment, hands on experience, expert SolidWorks experience with strong communication skills.
