"Our client manufactures a complete line of automotive, light truck, and heavy-duty exhaust, and emissions products in the automotive aftermarket space.   Job Description: Reporting to the Plant Chief Engineer the process engineer will have the opportunity to be engaged in all aspects of manufacturing, product implementation and continuous improvement processing within metal forming, stamping and fabrication environment within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will have real-world experience, committed to Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing concepts and implementation. Broad knowledge and experience in factory floor machine and material flow layout, integrating processes and procedures into Bills of Material and Bills of Operation in a high performance team environment.   This position requires hands on person with true floor experience in a high pace, high and low volume product mix. Time and motion studies required, experience in tooling and machine design and PLC programming a plus. CAD experience essential, SolidWorks 2010/2011preferable and a plus. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Project software, good communication skills are essential.
