Position Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant focusing on both permanent and contract recruitment across niche IT markets within Europe. Responsibilities - Headhunting - Candidate marketing and developing existing client relationships. - Identifying, qualifying, managing and closing suitable candidates. - Taking detailed job specifications. - Translating and posting job requirements into adverts that will attract relevant candidates. - Negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients for commitment in all areas of the recruitment process. - Extensive planning and time management. Experience/Skills Required - Solid experience within a sales environment and a minimum of 5 x Grade A - C GCSEs - Strong verbal and written communication skills and a minimum of 8 x Grade A - C GCSEs OR - University graduate looking to build a career in recruitment - Extensive training is provided Career Development - Opportunity to work in offices in London and Europe - Principal Consultants talent is leveraged through the support of 1 or 2 dedicated Resource Consultants to maximise their productivity, billings and commission - Increase basic salary to 40k+ - Successful Consultants can be fast tracked into management and have a team built around them - Become an industry expert in your niche Salary - £13.5K - £18K starting salary dependent on experience + Commission - Salary increment scheme where you can increase your salary to 21k in any 3 month period and 40k in any 12 month period.
