We have the following full-time job open­ing for a professional, motivated and technologically oriented candidate: Customer Service Representative (native Russian speaker) Description: - Functional and market oriented support for the Trader Workstation (TWS) and client accounts - Problem management across a wide range of service issues including: trade, margin, and risk analysis; account configuration and funding; global exchanges and products (equities, bonds, forex, related derivatives); securities regulations - Opportunity for certification with US and European exchanges Responsibilities: - Cash deposit and withdrawal activity, position transfers, and account administrative functions - Order status, trade and delivery settlement, exercise & assignment, expiration processing, and corporate actions - Commission structure, interest and fees - Translation work from English to Russian for program content, account applications, account documentation and company website Qualification: - Education: Bank or commercial apprenticeship and/or equivalent experience in trading or brokerage services (US registrations desirable) - Competency with Excel, Word, email (Lotus Notes) - Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential - Highly competent with strong analytical skills - Self-confident, extroverted with the ability to work independently - Languages: Russian at native-speaker level, English, any additional language a plus We offer: - International fast growing environment within a highly successful company - Competitive compensation package including share plan Please send your CV in English to Jean de La Fournière at Jean@approachpeople.com"
