This is an outstanding career opportunity to manage the Human Resources function for Roche in Peru. Reporting to the General Manager of the Pharmaceuticals business, and with a functional reporting line to the Regional HR Head, you will lead a team that provides services to the Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics and Diabetes Care business. Partnering with the General Manager, and being a member of the top team in Peru, and in the Regional HR team of Latin America, you will be a key player in the organization. You will have broad and wide range experience in Human Resources (minimum 10 years) and have a thorough understanding of compensation and performance, talent management, attraction and sourcing, international assignment management, and HR information systems. You will also have a solid knowledge of Peruvian employment legislation, culture and environment. Work experience outside of Human Resources is highly desirable – a combination of commercial and people skills is exactly what we need! In addition, outstanding leadership and change management skills are needed. The ability to work in a global and regional setting, as well as a local environment, is necessary. You must be able to deal with a high workload and have awesome people skills. We need a team player who can relate to every level of employee in the organization.
