The role will be accountable for providing operational and project support for networking systems for non outsourced components of the enterprise network as well as support and service management to the outsourced aspects of the same. This role is focused on Network Security and you must possess expertise relating to configuring and supporting complex security solutions. Work of the role: •Work with service providers with deployments of hardware and software upgrades to improve the organisations capabilities and minimise exposure to possible technical obsolescence, within the agreed architectural guidelines and standards. •Provide a high level of expertise across multiple hardware and software vendors. •Able to deliver a high standard of technical documentation when required. •Collaborate with Solution Designers to develop recommendations around service enhancement Inherent Requirements: •Strong technical knowledge in Cisco: Routing/switching/MPLS/security technologies & platforms •Strong technical knowledge in Juniper: switching/routing/security technologies & platforms. •Several years experience as a network engineer in a large IT environment •Experience configuring and supporting complex LAN/WAN solutions. •Experience configuring and supporting complex security solutions. •Experience working with and managing third party vendors If you are looking for a new challenging opportunity within Banking and Finance, please apply now below or email me direct.....http://ht.ly/71Uxk"
