APO Demand Planning, ECC Supply Chain (PP, MM, SD), and related modules to business users and peers. Work with developers and other end users to ensure solution meets business requirements and achieves user satisfaction. Develop and Maintain a deep understanding business process, procedures, solutions and systems. Continue to build professional business, and technical skills through practice, training, participation in User Groups and education. Maintain and develop knowledge of current and emerging technologies. Identify new and emerging solutions, assesses their relevance and potential value to the organization, and contributes to briefings of staff and business management. Contribute to enhancing IT tools, methods and approaches. Support integration to 3rd party / auxiliary applications. Supports key integration points to FI, CO, PM, WM, and QM. Provides off hours support as it relates to IT functional area. May perform matrix management and project roles for local / global projects. Support integration to 3rd party / auxiliary applications. Qualifications: Training and Experience BS degree in a computer-based discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent combination. 5+ years experience with related SAP Modules (APO-DP/PP/MM). SAP or industry functional certifications a plus. Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, SD). Ability to perform hands on configuration in Supply Chain Management including integration points to Purchasing, Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, Logistics and Finance. Ability to utilize personal business experience to guide the business stakeholders in strategic planning SAP APO – Supply Chain Management improvements. Experience in the integration of SAP APO and inventory optimization solutions desired. Excellent analytical and computer skills. An energetic quick learner with the ability to maintain a positive attitude while adapting to new and changing environments. Highly responsive professional with the ability to build confidence and trust with colleagues and internal customers in a multi-cultural environment. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. Working knowledge of project management practices and methodology's. Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications for outputs and new custom functionality in the SCM area. Cross-functional expertise and solid understanding of SAP Basis, ABAP, and BI reporting. Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred"
