"Company: Our client is a dynamic fast paced venture backed HR Technology company is looking for a Sales Director for the West Coast. Company offers disruptive Next Gen Outplacement for Corporations. The company has had tremendous growth, has several Fortune 500 Companies as clients and was recently covered in a front page article of the Wall Street Journal. Responsibilities: • Drive direct corp-to-corp sales with new customers • Identify, contact and close new customers • Establish and implement tracking mechanisms to scoreboard activity and results • Facilitate final preparation of customer proposals to include response to customer RFP, pricing, contract terms and conditions and applicable agreements Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills • Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and accountability to meet deadlines • Decision-making and problem solving skills • Process design, development, execution, and management skills • Creative approach to problem solving and execution • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through influencing Skills Key Requirement: Candidates must have successful track record selling to HR executives.
