Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: EPC – Proposal Manager (Oil & Gas) – Kuwait Job Reference: CKK38 Camelia MADEAR posted a job: EPC – Proposal Manager (Oil & Gas) – Kuwait Job Reference: CKK38 "EDUCATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION • A Graduate and/ or a Chartered Engineer in any discipline; • More than 20 years of experience on Proposals, Front End Engineering, Project Management related to major EPC proposals and Projects; • Solid background and expertise on Oil & Gas (EPC/ Turnkey) type Projects; • Extensive progressive work experience with involvement in all aspects of Project Management, including assignments in Engineering, Construction and Operations all at Senior Management Levels; • Broad knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement and other project-related activities, including their interfaces and interdependencies; • Knowledge of Business Management/ Tendering/ Proposal/ Contract/ Engineering/ Project Management; • Strong commercial flair & Risk Assessment & Technical Expertise; • Ability to be people sensitive, to promote an open and informal communication environment, to develop mutual trust and teamwork, and to facilitate employee self-development; • Proven management skills and able to manage multiple nationalities, culture and develop team work.
