Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: • Experience troubleshooting the TCP/IP protocol suite, as well as IMAP, SMTP and SMPP protocols. • Experience performing engineering systems design • Experience in SQL and UNIX Shell Scripting. • Experience designing and troubleshooting GSM messaging systems. • Experience creating and executing engineering system acceptance test cases. Preferred skills: • Experience in SQL and UNIX Shell Scripting. • Experience designing and troubleshooting GSM messaging systems."
