"A major railway company in Saudi Arabia has the following vacancies for one of the largest railway projects in the World. The positions will be in Riyadh or Al-Jouf: 1) Railway Designers Job Description • Responsible for complex design and construction of trackwork for major new projects as well as review, confirmation, and modification of existing track design. • Performs trackwork design computations and analysis. • Prepares reports, special studies, construction plans and specifications, as required. • Assists interaction with other staff members and relevant departments inside the organization as well as outside. Qualifications/Experience • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum of 15 years experience • Progressively responsible experience in planning and design of railroads with a strong emphasis on Trackwork and alignment design, drainage, traffic control and construction phasing. • Experience using Micro-Station and Inroads or AutoCAD civil design application software. • Working knowledge of civil, track, railroad and transportation engineering principles including horizontal and vertical engineering principles. • Mainframe and PC proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database applications. • Track engineering certificate More Positions: 2) Operations Specialist (20 years exp.) 3) Safety Engineer (10 years exp.) 4) Operations In Charge (8 years exp.) 5) Track Maintenance engineer 6) EMD loco maintenance engineer 7) Operation scheduling & planning engineer 8) Structural engineer 9) Safety engineer 10) Quality engineer 11) Inspection Engineer 12) Train operator trainer 13) Secretary 14) Shift Supervisor Please inform us of your availability and expected salary - cv@kalibre-rec.com"
