Must have multi-family experience (Hotels, Apartments, Senior Living, etc.) My client would prefer a Regional Operations Director with a maintenance background. This position will be responsible for the maintenance management/operations of a portfolio of assigned properties (10 total) including direct oversight of maintenance managers, computer systems utilization, selection and oversight of third-party vendors, and quality control. The selected candidate will manage maintenance operations such as staff recruitment/retention, training, financial budget planning and performance, customer service, and third-party suppliers in order to maximize revenue and control expenses. Must have exceptional personnel management, team building, customer services, budget management and negotiations skills.
