Based in Shanghai, the successful candidate be responsible for providing advice to support the business on a broad range of legal issues including compliance and general commercial work. Essential Requirements: To qualify, you will have gained at least 7-10 years' of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record working in a multinational corporate environment in China. You will preferably be admitted to the PRC bar while a qualification in the US, UK or another overseas jurisdiction is desirable.
